General description of the villa

Villa Fenice is an outstanding villa, built in typical mediterranean architecture, on a rocky cliff climbing down to the beach with a breathtaking view. It is surrounded by a terraced garden and large furnished terraces. The sea view, the Marina, the Spanish Fort and the stunning colors they have are simply unique. The Villa can be accessed either from top, from main entrance, down flights of steps, or from the beach at the bottom of the property through a private gate up flights of steps. The Villa has its private access to the small beach of Cala Galera. La Feniglia, one of the most famous beach of the Argentario Coast, is just round the corner. The centre of Porto Ercole is just 15 minutes walking from the property ( 1,5 km). Golf, Polo and Tennis courts are 5 minutes driving. Near by runs the cycling street that connect Porto Ercole to Orbetello. The villa is divided in two different and totally independent apartments and a self-contained studio. The three units can be rented together or separately.

Terraces

The Villa it is surrounded by gardens and terraces, where you can easily find a place to rest enjoying a marvelous sea view at any time. In the morning for a sun bath as well in the evening for a glass of wine with friends or al fresco dining

Down to the sea

The Villa has its private access to the small beach of Cala Galera. This sandy beach offers Sun umbrellas and chairs rental service during July and August, and the Marina facilities and amenities all year long...toilettes, bars, restaurants etc etc. Its shallow waters is perfect for small children. The beach also offers a beautiful view and the sun until sunset.
